Törggelen in South Tyrol
It is an old South Tyrolean custom of farmers and wine merchants to taste the young wine in the fall. Rustic wine cellars made of stone invite you to the traditional Törggelen. From the end of September to the end of November, new wine is drunk with hearty food.
